Objective:
Desk & Design worked alongside Martin Property Group to redevelop 73,275 sq ft of office space at Danesfort. This included office relocations for NIE and Kingsbridge Private Hospital.
The previous office space at Danesfort was dated, needing modernisation and a complete overhaul. Everything was stripped out and updated, from flooring to ceilings and everything in between.
This also included creating a communal café on the ground floor of the building.
Results:
Our architects worked closely with NIE and Kingsbridge from the beginning of each project to create plans that were bespoke to specific requirements.
They were shown detailed drawings to help them visualise how the completed spaces would look and feel. Support with interior design was offered throughout.
